All purchases are "as-is" "where-is" with no warranty express or implied. Visa, M/C, and Discover cards accepted with a 3.5% buyer's premium. The Buyer's premium is waived for cash and certified funds. Checks will NOT be accepted unless presented with a letter of guaranty from the issuing bank. Checks and certified funds MUST be pre-approved by the auctioneer no less than 24 hours prior to the sale or they will NOT be accepted. Click here to learn about alternative payment terms. The winning bidder is responsible for payment immediately upon being awared the bid. Buyers will NOT be given time to leave the sale and arrange for funds. The bidder assumes all resposibility for the safety, security, removal, and transport of purchases at the time the bid is awarded. This sale will be offerd first in bulk to a single bidder. Once the bulk-bid is established, the assets will them be sold one lot at a time. Whichever method that brings the highest return will prevail. Annoucements the day of sale take precedence over printed notices. Removal will be the day of sale by 4:00 pm, unless specific arrangements are made with the auctioneer ahead of the sale.
